Construction update: Park Lofts Recoleta on track for record delivery in July 2026

According to the current schedule, the construction firm expects to complete the building by early July 2026.

Completing a 10-storey building with 89 apartments within this timeframe represents a record speed for Paraguay — an achievement reached despite several unforeseen events during the project's development.

Heavy rainfall in March and April 2025 prevented the foundation work from advancing as planned, and the year as a whole saw precipitation levels above the historical average. Additional factors included delays in the international transport of materials, particularly the elevators from China, whose arrival is scheduled for May.

Nevertheless, thanks to intensive work organisation — including extended working days and additional shifts — everything points to the apartments being delivered within a shorter timeframe than is typical for projects of this scale in Paraguay.
